      Pros

      Accor is one of the best hotel chain which care are value their employees. Which provides all work benefits and gives all type of on the job training

      Cons

      Chennai is the worse place to work for hindi speaking people . They do not welcome you. I do not recommend any hindi speaker in tamilnadu

      Pros

      It was great work in one of the biggest hotel chains of the world, you learn a lot about hospitality and you have a chance in growing in your career.

      Cons

      The biggest con is actually the fact that in some cases you work for hours just standing, and you don't have anywhere to sit down for a couple of minutes.
