      They are very good at being insidious.

      Cons

      This review refers specifically to the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins - Worst employer I have work for. - Arrogant and disrespectful management who have no knowledge of the anti-bullying laws in the workplace. - Unfair expectations of their employees (eg they expect their employees to 'volunteer' to work without pay at functions even though these functions generate revenues to the company)

      Good training program, good opportunity for young people starting their career path. Many hotels within Europe and the rest of the world....so many possibilities. Many brands to choose from
