Pros

Mobility, good recruiting internal system(intraccor). Good and effective recruitment website. Accessibility, depending on what branch you try to get in they tend to accept staff with little to no former experience, they form you and make sure that you stay within the group(again, depending on your luck, management tend to differ).

Cons

Ibis and its concept of giving an unreasonable workload to one person at a time at the customer service's expense(Night auditors in particular), as a matter of fact, when working nightime with no security one person is expected to deal with the reception(calls, reservations, check in and outs and all) AND the bar(at least it works that way for a lot of Ibis in the UK). Little to no care whatsoever for staff security on night shifts, they will tell you they do care, but really they don't.
