      Pros

      - The culture is the biggest pro on Adyen; - There is a lot of autonomy to work as your own schedule and on new projects if you want; - Adyen employees just use and develop high technology; - All employees are highly qualified

      Cons

      - The fact that Adyen is a profitable bank, but don't give bonus to employees is a strange indicator that it could pay better it's employees.

      Great people, great company, poor compensation

      Pros

      - great people (engaged with company growing) besides being friendly with new hires - great perks and events, so almost every month there are super funny events which let people more close even working from home (its a hard task to engage employees to be close even from WFH) - open to new ideas and to listen different perspectives - one of the most valuable fintech companies

      Cons

      - the compensation is poor. If you dont “bid” your salary likely they will propose a lower offer to you. - no bonuses or variable payments, the panthom share they promise is peanuts for the employee (mainly for non Europeans) - performance review isnt clear, people dont receive feedbacks and they just know the final result of their performance which can be low or high, but neither ones implies of increase salary - its really tough to get increase salary - promotions/ambitious - if you showed to be an ambitious person who wants to grow and get more responsibilities, salary increase and etc, this might be seen as “non aligned with Adyen formula” which means you need to work for love.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Twice a year travels to Amsterdam for company events. Adyen+ is a really great benefit. Global company, which means you're always in touch with people from all over the world

      Cons

      Engineering culture has a lot of room for improvement. People tend to work alone on projects, which may be really bad for people with little experience
