This workplace makes people sick and management doesn't care

If you want a 4 year vacation and to slack this is the place Staff and Management love to act inappropriately and do whatever they like so if you want to do that - this is the place
Cons
Immature and toxic leadership at all levels toxic colleagues especially in platform engineering homophobic and racism is completely tolerated HR closes their eyes and are fine with bullying, racism, homophobia, unprofessional behavior. VPs and above act like they are untouchable and at the same time don't take any responsibility for their organisations Company parties were good but now everyone gets totally wasted and acts like children Burnout rates are super high but management will look you in the eye and tell you it's not their responsibility that you're burning out Horrible equity incentive Looking back it was always toxic and management acted this way - it's just that it was kinda fun to be around.
