Recently introduced a new benefit that gives an additional $ amount every month regardless of performance and tenure.

Cons

Office first culture. Recently introduced guidance for minimum 3x a week with one of the days being monday or friday. Don't even try to hope that you may be able to work here and then become remote later after being a high performer and tenured. Exceptions are rarely given.

Pros

Amazing culture, work environment, and people to work with. Adyen values their employees for who they are and what they can individually bring to the business. They have principles, call the "Adyen Formula", and I can assure that these are taken very seriously to ensure the culture is preserved. It's been amazing working in such a booming industry, within an innovative company.

I haven't found any cons so far.
