Pros

Trips to Amsterdam That's it. I'm just adding words because Glassdoor requires at least five.

Cons

Don't get sucked in by the Amsterdam trips and other perks. Read the negative reviews here, and you'll see that Adyen doesn't care about people of color, or people with families, or people with disabilities and medical issues. A lot of people drink the Adyen kool-aid and talk about how great the people are, how fun and challenging the work is, and how much they love the culture. But once you leave this place and find another job, you'll see how underpaid and mistreated you were.

Equipment IT service old office vibes from old timers

Cons

the pay disparity and race disparity here are against everything you claim to fight against how is it that org X has hired several folks making almost 35% more than your pre existing workforce yet don't even have the skills required in the job description In addition, they do less than half the work yet are paid well and pampered left and right........ so many steps backwards
