      Pros

      - Colleagues are brilliant, friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from this group of smart people in a short span of 1 year. - Managers are open to feedback and improvements. - You are given the trust, space and flexibility to perform your job and explore how you want to grow your career. - Not a very political place, teammates often band together to help each other solve problems and constantly encourage each other in tough situations. - Very open and spontaneous place. Suits me although it may take a while to navigate the uncertainty and find your footing in the organization.

      Cons

      - The main roles are in Amsterdam. Due to the time difference and vast distance, some knowledge and information may not be effectively passed in between other regions.

      - you work with some of the most brilliant and wholesome humans - you are given the trust and and resources to do your job independently - great perks relating to expenses, insurance, tech equipment - space to explore personal and career development during work - work on global objectives and global team - working on problems that have significant impact on a global scale

      Cons

      - very open and areas of work/resources are all over: takes a while to get used to work flow - uncertainties on how to approach ramping up in a new vertical, or approaching certain new problems (most of the subject matter experts are located in Amsterdam)
