- Excellent culture, super flat, flexible, can work in the way you like - Caring environment, not very pushy & tough

Cons

- Career path is not very clear, there is not clear guideline or standard of promotion - Salary growth per year is comparatively small. You'll get a steady salary but it is hard for you to have a high percentage of salary increase without promotion
