      Pros

      Exceptional culture at Adyen and everyone is really smart and willing to help each other grow. The company is doing really well and it’s definitely in part of morale. Compensation is competitive.

      Cons

      None so far, but i can see how so many various time zones can make it difficult to effectively communicate at times.
