      Pros

      Super friendly environment. Leadership really delegates and trusts you to do your work. The autonomy is really huge, that can be a bit confusing in your first months but you learn to deal with it. The company really is trying to improve their diversity knowledge and hiring diverse people!

      Cons

      Bonus for account managers is not very good.

      Adyen is the best company that I've ever had the opportunity to work for. Each employee is offered opportunities to lead projects, deliver positive change, and help build a better work environment. The Adyen team is fantastic, with colleagues always making themselves available to help on projects, answer questions, and to collaborate on initiatives. The company offers the opportunity for employees to work cross-functionality, across different teams, and across different global teams. The organization also rewards performance, and offers excellent benefits (100% paid health, dental, and vision).

      Cons

      It would be nice for the organization to offer more family oriented work events, and programs.
