      * Recruiter was really responsive * Company culture is amazing for being so diverse across the world * Awesome, interesting people on the team * Engaging and relevant interview exercises that directly pertain to the job * Company is currently remote (until Covid ends) and in office is optional

      Cons

      * Company is very open and honest - expect to have your camera on during every call (not for everyone) * Handles alot of sensitive information - expect to use a number of tools to keep customer's data safe

      Very inexperienced management, lack of in-depth or meaningful training, treating colleagues with different standards of respect - favoritism - not much opportunity for development, repetitive, mundane work.
