      Pros

      Super great company culture, super open and friendly colleagues, a lot of freedom within your role. If you want to be challenged just look for a project and run with it. Have never thought a company with 2000+ people could work that well with that small amount of rules and guidelines. They hire great people and trust them and the success shows that this concept works.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little bit chaotic (due to the fast growth), so people that need structure and guidelines all the time might be wrong here.

      Becoming very political, people with the right friends getting promoted to positions they are in no way qualified to do. You can learn a lot about payments but after that there isn't much growth available
