      Company has a nice idea of how things it should be run

      Cons

      But poor choices in management mean that the actual execution is weak. Plus systemic racism and sexism in the system - ask HR and they'll just respond with smiles and apathy. DEI and sustainability initiatives have good intentions by a small bunch of people but are vanity projects for most part.
