      Lots of freedom and respect given to employees. Lots of very kind, easy to work with people

      The company has grown past the stage where lack of process and planning is a virtue. For some this is a great thing, for others it is very frustrating and needlessly inefficient.

      Pros

      I strongly identify with the values & no bs culture of the company. The success and growth projection are phenomenal, which leads to plenty career opportunities for smart & driven people. Merchants love the product, which makes the job in client facing roles super enjoyable. The company is 100% customer centric, which makes especially the Account Management team very impactful. Flat hierarchies makes you work very closely with senior leadership including the board. Fun colleagues and regular trips to the HQ in Amsterdam complete the experience.

      Cons

      not as generous as other companies in the bay when it comes to cool benefits like gym memberships, merch & other goodies.
