      Empowered and trusted to make decisions as long as you sharpen ideas with people. Advocates work life balance in a genuine manner Good culture

      Cons

      Be prepared to wear many hats which includes doing stuff you might not like. Can be chaotic but that's how things get done fast. And also lots of social activity (sometimes great, sometimes not, depending on your mood)

      Pros

      Informal style, they create a comfortable environment. Really thorough interview process with a large number of rounds. I had multiple opportunities to display my strength, meet different people and make an informed decision about joining the company by the time I was done with all the rounds.

      Cons

      Large number of rounds (I had 7 rounds) - they are very thorough & want you to meet a large number of team members before they give you an offer, so this isn't necessarily a con, but something to bear in mind.
