Lot of freedom, no strict company policies and opportunity to improve things, friendly and helpful co-workers. Company is growing quickly so there's a positive vibe as well.

Cons

Due to fast growth it's sometimes hard to get the full picture. There's no clear path of personal growth. Salary might be on the low side.
