Pros
Aerotek does demand much of its employees, but provides fair rewards and career path. They do not reward tenure, only performance. They allow employees to operate individual business units, and success is determined by hard work. They promote maturity and a selflessness, and make everything about helping to develop your business partners.
Cons
If you have significant obligations that would prevent you from working 52 hours/week, this job could be tough. In order to achieve at a high level, it usually requires at least that many hours... It is a commission based job though, so more work generally translates to more money
