      Pros

      I worked out of the Contract Engineering division. I learned a lot about the industry and really gave me things to talk about in my interviews with other companies. There is potential to make a lot of money so that isn't too bad either. Just know you will have to work hard for that.

      Cons

      As stated, it is simply a first job before you move on. There is a very high turn over rate and that is mostly because of the stress and work hours they require you to work.

      Great position for entry-junior level business professionals. Gives you an opportunity to grow within a business entity. Promotes competition and success. Teaches you to work in a team setting and emphasizes importance of communication with colleagues

      Cons

      Ratio of hours worked to pay is relatively low for the business industry. Provide benefits, but they are very costly and a high deductible.
