Pros

Can move up quickly - you get promoted strictly on merit, not longevity Great training - if you work there for a few years, everywhere else is a breeze Great technology & resources - large company with a lot of support

Cons

Plateau quickly - there is really only one career path, so if it's not for you, you don't go anywhere Long hours that don't equate to outcome - you can work your butt off without much in return Lots of after-hours obligations - work/life balance is tough, but it's necessary to be successful.

-Could get promoted at a young age -Everyone has the same personality and Aerotek has a very young, motivated, hard working culture -Learn valuable lessons to take with you about professionalism

Cons

-Very low pay -Extremely long hours -They say there is an open door policy but if you say one thing about being unhappy they let you go -NOT A JOB TO HAVE IF YOU HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OTHER OR A FAMILY -You are married to your job 7 days a week -They stress that it is a team oriented environment but you have to compete against everyone on your team and there is a lot of lying and back-stabbing that goes on to make more money -Cut-throat and a lot of micro managing
