      Pros

      For good attendance you were given a 25 cent raise every 30 day up to the first 6 months (at least for the company that I worked at).

      Cons

      Very little follow up from the recruiters from either the beginning but especially after your time had ended (for the year afterwards there was no contact until very recently from December 2012 and was just called about a job January 2014).
