      Great work life balance

      Pros

      I have had a good experience working at agileengine. They provide a good work life balance and the compensation is well aligned with the work performed.

      Cons

      The major downside is unpaid holidays and vacations although it is included in a way that it is accounted for in your rate it always feels like it the only thing missing.

      The company offest flexibility to work from home and has personnel all over the world, they reach locations some other companies don't. They compensation is fair and competitive, the projects are interesting.

      Cons

      Currently the company focuses on remote work, so not an option for someone looking for a regular in-site job

      Strong team Culture in a flexible Remote environment

      One of the best things about working at AgileEngine is the flexibility. People truly have the freedom to organize their schedules and choose the timeframes that work best for them, which makes a huge difference in work-life balance. The culture and the people are also amazing. There is a genuine sense of teamwork and support across teams, and you never feel like you're working alone. Another huge benefit is the remote-first environment. Unlike many companies that say they are remote but still expect you to stay in the same city, AgileEngine gives employees the freedom to work remotely with much more flexibility, which allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of remote work.

      Cons

      While compensation in LATAM is fair, there may be opportunities for further growth over time to stay even more competitive with the market. Overall, the company offers many other benefits that make the experience very rewarding.
