      Pros

      Benefits, travel perks, free meals and cool office.

      Cons

      This place is like high school. The culture is dying and people are dropping like flies. Management is a joke, they are useless and spend their time walking around the office pretending to work OR in ridiculous meetings that benefit themselves. There is no room for growth and is a dead end job but it's hard to leave because you feel trapped (like a cult) and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      Check the fine print on the benefits if you are coming from another tech company. Especially if you have or planning to have a family and need good health insurance. That was the biggest surprise for me, and will probably be one of the reasons I decide to eventually leave.
