      Pros

      Airbnb is a great company... to retire. If you are looking to grow professionally, please look elsewhere. This company list a decade in growth by not focusing on its core business-hospitality. Instead it chose to hire good engineers and have them build fancy software. Benefits like work from anywhere are now being seriously abused by mediocre employees who find they can get by doing the bare minimum. No wonder their stock is stuck in a narrow range with little growth.

      Salary is mediocre, politics has picked up.
