      There are a lot of benefits for employees. The travel coupon and the food are a plus. The atmosphere is really good

      Cons

      Overall it is a great place to work, however managers are not very well prepared. That will be my only cons

      Pros

      Airbnb takes care of its employees in a way i've never experienced before, and in a way that makes me genuinely want to be the best employee I can be. The perks and culture are second to none, and the environment is the right balanced of driven, focused, and welcoming.

      Cons

      My only concern about working here is a potential lack of career development opportunities in certain fields in the company.

      Beware of the health insurance

      Positive culture Fast pace of growth great mission Excellent people

      Cons

      Check the fine print on the benefits if you are coming from another tech company. Especially if you have or planning to have a family and need good health insurance. That was the biggest surprise for me, and will probably be one of the reasons I decide to eventually leave.
