      Pros

      The most unique combination of elements. Founder-led, mission-driven, creative, successful, fast-paced, community-focused and global. This is truly the most exciting and empowering place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      Some challenges and tensions between maintaining a strong sense company history and culture with new hires (especially in management roles) who do not fully understand or embrace the company history and culture.

      Pros

      The company focuses on hiring exceptional people that embody the core values of the company, which has resulted in a talented and diverse workforce that thrives on collaboration and collegiality to drive success. Employee satisfaction is a real goal and there are great perks and benefits. Overall, Airbnb is a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      As could be expected, the hyper growth has made it difficult for the company to keep up in developing certain internal systems/policies/processes for a company of its size. Though, the company seems focused on "growing up" in this respect and it should get better.
