      A lot and I mean a lot of companies talk about culture but Airbnb is a place where you get to see and feel it in reality. Its just been 3 days of me being here and it just feels like- 'THE PLACE' to work for You get to work with one of the best talents across the world and the interaction with international teams is quite often and meaningful

      Cons

      Cant think of any.. except that there are doing a lot of things at the same time. So the progress of one's project does may depend a lot on how much focus the Senior Management has for it
