      Great people, amazing culture, perks like healthy food all day, travel coupons, massage and many other work conditions. Career growth.

      Cons

      Its hard to balance work and life. Hard to maintain ideal weight, but likewise any other office job.

      + Even the entry level positions have tons of freedom to work how they like + Everyone that works here is open to new things and friends + Very friendly work atmosphere and understanding managers + Having ideas is encouraged + Dogs in the office!

      Cons

      - Can be a bit chaotic at times - Rashers only on the weekends!

      Pros

      Airbnb is up to some amazing stuff - but based on what you see on the outside, you only know the half of it. This is a place that has a real reason for being, and is chock-full of people who are passionate about delivering on it. Though the company is now 6 years old, the company's continued growth brings the potential for tremendous opportunity.

      Cons

      This is a work anywhere kind of place. If you're an introvert, you'll need to some coping strategies.
