      Pros

      The people that work here are some of the best I've met in my professional career. The culture is good. The founders are great people and I believe they have the best intentions for the company, the employees, and our community. There is a lot of opportunity to learn from different teams and possibly switch roles as departments grow and new team form.

      Cons

      Not a great vacation policy considering we are a travel company. Would love more focus on personal + professional growth. Things change fast, you need to be flexible to work here. People who leave the company are not treated very well leading up to/during their departure - this could definitely be improved upon.

      Because the pros are posted high and above... First - look at the dates of the last reviews. All around the same dates = They were brigades. I have proof. Very questionable. Looks good on a resume in certain cities. Free food if you're in San Francisco, Portland Oregon or Dublin Ire.

      Cons

      Talent (HR) department cannot seem to get their stories straight. Ever. Include inflexible in every circumstance. Founders are disconnected and then...

      What can I say.. I just love working here and feel I'm part of a family, not a company. I feel realized, motivated, welcomed every single day.
