      Amazing people, messy communication

      Pros

      * Fun smart caring people to work with. * Good atmosphere. * Great perks (free meals, snacks, happy hour, a lot of extra PTO days etc). * Certain flexibility within working from home. * Generous travel coupons.

      Cons

      Though the company exists for around 6 yrs now& has thousands of employees all around, it still has the growing pains of a young start up: mixed messages from management when it comes to work procedures, not very clear career progression, constant random changes, & low salaries compared to other similar Tech companies.

      Exciting work environment. Awesome product. Team members with infectious energy. Great perks. You genuinely feel that you're part of something big.

      Cons

      Little management structure (mostly due to high growth). Very cliquey. Must drink the kool-aid.

      Amazing group of people, benefits and flexibility for travelling, PERFECT food program.

      Cons

      No growth possibilities within the company. Losing their culture, more focused on growing worldwide than keeping it real. Hard to work life balance.
