+ Nice perks (travel coupons, food, drinks, etc.) + Very nice coworkers + Young company that has a lot of potential + Growing rapidly

Cons

+ Lack of transparency + Underpaid + Poor communication with employees + Sense of 'fakeness' (see title) + Communication with HR is difficult + Under-appreciation of employees who are deserving but perhaps not part of the 'gang' + Lack of recognition and chances for those demonstrating great potential + Work-life balance can be a challenge
