      Pros

      This a great company to work for. Not only do they have awesome perks, but they also have the best people. You feel like you belong instantly. Even though the company has grown so much over the year, they have done their best to maintain the wonderful culture it had years ago! You will truly be inspired by the genuine people that work around you and it is just amazing!

      Cons

      There is a lack of processes within many departments. Although it is a very young company, it lacks the structure. This can be good and bad. Also, there is not much training at the company. You will be teaching your self a lot.

      -Amazing Benefits (free food, computers, classes, volunteering, etc.) -Welcoming, friendly coworkers and great culture -A lot of opportunities to grow both within your department and laterally -Exciting place to work and create new innovative products

      Cons

      -Can feel like there is too much pressure to be fun and social all the time -With incredible growth comes a lot of uncertainty and things can change at an overwhelming pace

      Pros

      From day one you are being welcomed with open arms, and you really feel you do belong everywhere. Always opportunities for self-initiative people to quickly getting promoted in here. They truly make you wanna get up in the morning and get into work as quick as possible to just enjoy the culture.

      Cons

      As Airbnb have grown with such an amazing speed, it does get harder to know everybody as well as you want to. Airbnb is also still a young company, so many things and workflows change constantly - for the better for our users, but can be confusing sometimes :)
