      There is a ton of opportunity here, an awesome culture, great people and free lunch ;)

      Cons

      We work hard here! Definitely not a place to work if you don't love a challenge. There are long hours, but the days fly by because the work is exciting.

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities for professional development since the company's growth is exponential. The company encourages "thinking outside the box", which allows you use your creative juices. The environment is intense and fast-paced, which makes you feel like you're part of a movement. Like most start-ups, Airbnb embraces a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Airbnb is evolving and changing so quickly that people who can't adapt to "flying by the seat of their pants" don't seem to thrive. With such rapid change, there is little formalization of policies and processes.
