Pros
Benefits, perks like having meals provided at work, getting Airbnb points to use on personal travel, peers working at the same-level supportive of one another.
Cons
Airbnb hired a lot of middle-management. They were inexperienced, young, and all around disappointing to work for and with. Would never recommend a friend work for Airbnb unless they want to be treated like just another worker, and have their work be dismissed and undervalued because you're seen as replaceable. Never an opportunity to move up in the company, they just hire from the outside and suddenly you have a new boss who has no idea what they're doing.
