      Very poor management, the company can easily work without 80% of them

      If you are a decent backstabber and have management buddies, you can advance quickly in the company.

      Cons

      Every new implemented process is a nightmare and breaks logic Focussing/forcing people to do meaningless work while the important one piles up. Blamed for everything Recently senior management said they are proud that they fired 2k people recently and let them know at last minute.
