Pros

Some company level benefits & flexible working timings

Cons

AkzoNobel is a well-known organization with strong processes and exposure; however, prospective candidates should be prepared for high work pressure and intense expectations, especially within certain teams. First time Managers with limited experience create big mess. I would strongly recommend candidates to clarify role scope, reporting structure, and decision-making authority before joining. In some cases, HR business partnering may be limited in influence, which can impact employee experience. Additionally, designation grades can be misleading. If you are currently at a Manager or above level, ensure you negotiate appropriately—MM3 or higher—as MM1 and MM2 largely function as individual contributor or team-member roles
