Pros

Employee volunteering and network events. Relationship with manager.

Cons

Amsterdam makes it hard to do your job and make decisions in US. Company is always changing leaders, org structure and reporting lines. Tenured organization causes favoritism issues in leadership levels. Onboarding/knowledge sharing is limited to service articles you read. Disorganized HR. Keep your head down, don't challenge, and you will be ok.

Pros

Employee benefits from company are great. If you can negotiate well, salary can also be good.

Cons

Too much pressure, no acknowledgement of the work and efforts put in. The bar is risen everytime you achieve a target, so you never feel a sense of accomplishment. The management and hr gaslight you into believing that you are incompetent if you call out the extreme stress and toxic traits and situations in the team. Good cop bad cop politics is distressing. Work wise, work is not as much, but the pressure to get it done right and quicker than it can be done, can be very stressful Also, for me the learning curve was never there, as its not an IT company and lacks the latest processes in IT operations and management. No considerations from SME are taken for any technical decisions or fixing deadlines. These decisions are just passed onto the working employees to be get done strictly by the given date, which is decided by management.
