      Pros

      Good benefits, good 401k, and global reach.

      Cons

      Matrix organization is clumsy and slow. they breed a culture of people having authority but no accountability. They are also cutting salaries across the globe. They have seen revenue and volume declines over the last two years, with profits improved at the expense of their people and customers. They are FAR too internally focused, and while they talk about customers being important, it is not serious.

      Pros

      Very good, hard working fellow operators to work with. A lot of people are leaving due to the Houston site's cost cutting and no clear picture of what the future holds for this site. Job security greatly depends on what unit you are in. AOW unit supports the whole plant and the other units make pennies to their dollar. Good place to get experience, but with the uncertainty you're better off retiring from some place more sturdy.

      Cons

      Benefit package is good, 6% matching 401K, very low end on pay scale. Many people leave due to under pay. Management doesn't know what to do with the plant. Word is they will rebuild it due to poor condition of old infrastructure, but with the condition of market that is subject to change.
