Pros
Great people to work with Training was excellent and detailed. They had many company events that was inclusive of everyone Healthy and safe place to work
Cons
the pay was not aligned with the market underpaid over qualified individuals management could stick together very easily and didn't always look at the employees side even when they were completely in the wrong Very hard to move up not many positions available to transfer in and out of a lot of Nepotism
