Pros

Not many for a large chemE company, but i mean there are a lot of nice and intelligent people that work at the company.

Cons

They never put employees first, for a company evaluated at 30 billion they seem to never have money for literally anything.

Pros

Truly a global business - opportunities for travel definitely exist. Opportunity to do a variety of roles. Good science and scientists

Cons

large focus on outsourcing means a lot of frustration with an inability to get simple things completed quickly compared to previously - especially with IT

Not a good experience

Pros

Benefits are average for area but is still Tier 2.

Cons

Culture is toxic and it is specific by business area worked - some better that others, but overall bad. The employee turnover is worse I have ever seen in manufacturing.
