Pros

Excellent Benefits, easy going, professional setup, Relaxed atmosphere but also recognise hard work. Great bunch of lads on site everybody tries to help everybody

Cons

Shifts can be a pain with the night shift every 3 weeks, hard to adjust to it. Shift pay does not go up with inflation so is lagging massively behind annual salary. Communications can sometimes be very poor

Pros

Opportunity to be purchased by a company that knows the business and wants to be in the business. The 401k is still competitive and the healthcare benefits are above average.

Cons

Poor work/ life balance and a myriad of other dysfunctions. It is sad to see a once great company come to such a whimpering, undignified, end.
