Pros

People. Very kind welcoming and supportive people make this a great place to work. Benefits like health insurance etc are great and 25 days holiday. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Lost it's sense of hunger for truly radical fast-paced innovation and change. Classic example of a large corporate that has so many layers, it gets bogged down in 'treacle' and stalls whilst the faster, agile competitors are then able to take advantage and beat it to the finish line in certain areas of opportunity.

Pros

Good work life balance and great people work there. Salary and benefits are pretty good too. They are a great employer if you are in Sales & Marketing.

Cons

Head Office in Netherlands call all the shots and lots of reorg's always happening. You never know when it's going to be your turn to be in consultation.
