      Pros

      I was able to find a new job before the ship sinks. The only difference between the titanic and Akzo is the titanic had a band.

      Cons

      Corporate management is the out of touch with reality. Corporate management doesn't appear to know how to provide proper support to the facility personal.

      Pros

      I worked in Akzo for almost 2 years. And I really liked the working environment surrounded with plesent, friendly, and respectfully coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of some skilled leaders can be challenging. And some leaders didn't like to listen to other junior's opinions. And some were very rude and the management didn't enforce any work ethics effectively. Which led to some employees leave because of lack of respect, and appreciation. Some even would favor friendship over professionalism
