Pros

Used to be a great place to come to work, with really strong core values. I hate to say it but that all fell by the wayside when they started caring less about quality and more about numbers

Cons

Teriable management actually none to be exact SS well as quality control now a days we can't even get people to put labels on right sad but true

A corporation in decline

Pros

Well if you are Dutch the 54 days holiday/annum is a real bonus. Good safety culture. Good brands

Cons

Value engineering of products means that they are me to with the competition. The customers are beginning to see through the brand image and realising that the products are the same of worse than the competitors. All employees with product & customer experience have been made redundant. No customer service any more
