Pros

A highly international environment with some attractive benefits, such as 40+ leave days per year and generous paternity leave. The company offers a very flexible and non-hierarchical work culture.

Cons

The ideal approach is to join this company, gain some experience, and then move on to something better. The company will not reward employees who choose to stay, and there aren’t many opportunities for growth. There have been many cases where external hires come in to fill the same position as an employee with several years of experience within the company, and the new hire ends up earning a higher salary. There have also been many layoffs recently, and financial restrictions that have been dragging on for years. Hence the increasing employee turnover.
