      Great focus on Learning and Development and support readily available for further educational development; Great focus on sustainability and making the planet a better place; Good benefits; vacation days in The Netherlands

      Cons

      Company culture is not very driven and the environment is largely 9-5 work hours. Work can progress slowly if ownership is not taken at the right levels.

      Pros

      Company is moving in the right direction, rearranging management to improve company's overall efficiency.

      Cons

      It is moving too slowly and it started a little late making its improvements. The company wants to be forward thinking but the middle management is not ready for this yet. Young talent is often frustrated in the slow pace and lack of motivation to move things forward faster.

      Pros

      Management very involved with employee growth and development. CEO actually cares about the company and its employees, he has visited our site twice and is a very kind and easy going individual. Growth within this company is unlimited, a lot of benefits and perks provided to employees. Health insurance is great and cheap. Company cares about its plants and has invested over $100 million into our plant alone in improvements and new projects.

      Cons

      about 75% of the workforce is at retiring age(at least at my facility). They need to hire more people to replace aging workforce
