Pros

Pay and bonus structure was good.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a good long term strategy.

Pros

Small Group, decent people as far as workers. If you have no college degree and this is the best you can do, stick to this. There is no opportunity to move up to a higher title at all

Cons

No time off, 7 days a week. Dry skin, hair, bad home relations from working too much and damage to body from the methyl ethyl ketone. Led paint used on tanks could possibly lead to birth defects later on. The pay sucks at 37,500 salary offered new people. $18 an hour with a 2 % yearly raise .
