Pros

Good team with helpful colleagues, nice and accepting culture. Good immediate managers.

Cons

I was promised 6 months bonus before I joined. But to my disappointment, there was no such thing as a 6 months bonus. Maximum would be 3 months. Increment is not good. Work is plain, no fun and quite dry. You dont get to take ownership over many interesting things. Lots of unnecessary reporting and paperwork.Low salary

Sometimes some opportunities are not so well announced and due the large differences between the countries nor everybody have a chance to apply to better positions.

Pros

There are opportunities for advancement if you want to move to Asia Pacific. Training opportunities are also improving due to the company launch of an internal Academy.

Cons

Reorganization and reduction in services like HR and IT have crippled operations at the plant level. It takes forever to get replacement personnel and efforts to centralize services hamper productivity.
