      Certain Management is completely ineffective. Their lack of knowledge prevents real development of employees. Lack of internal development creates a lot of pressure and frustration.

      Easy to get trapped in a career dead end and then you will be quickly disposed of Each department has a different style and it is hard to read what their purpose is at times Leadership at the top is chaotic
