Pros

Global organization, high priority to sustainability. The company has a new leadership team, which is pushing to drive results. Lots of room for improvement.

Cons

Akzo Nobel performs low copared to peers and could be more entrepeneurial. Furthermore the company is not that innovative. Quite some room for improvement

Still a good company but headed in the wrong direction

Pros

Good benefits, strong mentor culture in surface chemistry U.S. The best company to work for in comparison to it's peers.

Cons

Losing identity/ successful culture with intense internal focus and over-lapping initiatives. Over-reliance on consultants usurping skilled management leadership. Compensation of employees now 10-15% under the market which is leading to talent drain.
